We retain the right to cancel the booking in very unusual circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, ill health, or extreme weather conditions and we will in this instance refund any money taken in full and offer an alternative date where possible.

Suitability of Workshops

All of our workshops are suitable for people 18 year olds and above.

We do indicate the ideal level of ability in The Lavender Whisk Box Office, however, if you are unsure whether the class is suitable for you, please email rebecca@lavenderwhisk.co.uk prior to booking.

Allergies and Intolerance

It is with regret that due to the nature of our small group classes, we are unable to cater for allergies and intolerance at this time.

Skills Taught by The Lavender Whisk

All classes are taught on the basis for students to develop their own skills for their own businesses.

All notes provided are for your own personal use.

Whilst we do permit the taking of photographs and recording of videos in class, we do ask that these are reserved for you own personal use and not shared with anyone else.

Methods taught during any classes are strictly not to be taught on to other students in other classes who are not attending a Lavender Whisk class.

Whilst we would love you to share images of your work created in a Lavender Whisk class we do respectfully request that you credit our business as the cake school where the skills were taught.

Complaints

Whilst we hope that you will be entirely satisfied with the service received, if you do have any concerns, please speak with Rebecca during your class, or alternatively email her as soon as reasonably practicable following the class in order that your concerns can be address.
